dc.description.abstract本發明係揭露一種電荷幫浦,可放大一輸入端所接收的輸入電壓,並於一輸出端輸出放大後之輸出電壓。此電荷幫浦包含複數個源汲極耦接電晶體作為充電電容,以及複數個疊接電晶體以對稱設置的方式連接於輸入端與輸出端間,且此電荷幫浦更包含複數個二極體連接式電晶體,以防止源汲極耦接的電晶體在電荷轉移過程中崩潰,並且提高電荷轉移速度。zh_TW
