dc.description.abstract本發明係提供一種陣列被動式有機發光二極體顯示裝置,其包括複數個垂直驅動有機發光電晶體,其具有第一集極、第一柵/基極及第一射極,又第一集極電性連接且相互平行形成複數條第一掃瞄單元,而第一柵/基極亦電性連接且相互平行形成複數條第二掃瞄單元,又第一射極係為其電極,其中第一掃瞄單元係與第二掃瞄單元係相互交錯垂直排列。藉由將垂直式發光電晶體直接垂直結合並驅動有機發光二極體,可增加有機發光二極體顯示裝置中每一畫素之發光面積,以及提高每一畫素的開口率。zh_TW
