dc.description.abstract本發明係揭露一種產生倍頻光訊號之光電調變裝置及其調變方法,其係利用一顆商業用整合型光電調變器、一射頻訊號產生器與一相位偏移器即可產生倍頻之輸出光源訊號。其方法為當射頻訊號產生器產生一第一調變訊號,而相位偏移器產生與第一調變訊號相位相差90度的第二調變訊號時,可對光電調變器進行適當偏壓,使光源訊號傳輸在最大值之後,再用上述兩調變訊號調變,就可產生倍頻之輸出光源訊號。zh_TW
