| dc.description.abstract | 本發明係一種調變光纖光柵之折射率的方法，係對於光纖光柵之至少一定位點之紫外光曝照強度，分成兩次曝照，以藉由控制兩先後進行曝照的紫外光強度及相位，使定位點的總曝光量維持定值，且疊加後的紫外光干涉條紋強度可調而相位則維持定值，如此即可讓光纖光柵之dc折射率維持定值，而ac折射率可獨立調變。 | zh_TW |
