dc.description.abstract | 本發明係關於奈米線場效電晶體裝置及作為奈米線生物感測與調控元件之應用;其中矽奈米線場效電晶體裝置,包括:一基板,於基板表面形成之一層熱氧化物,及於熱氧化物層表面成長之多晶矽閘極元件,其特徵在於多晶矽閘極元件因含有奈米之邊襯而形成多晶矽奈米線通道;利用奈米線場效電晶體裝置所提供之高靈敏度特性,配合調控電晶體電性參數之方式以調控生物活性,而可製作不同之奈米生物感測元件或生物仿生系統。 | zh_TW |
