| dc.description.abstract | 本發明提供一種波長可調之光纖迴路雷射模組及其雷射共振腔裝置,光纖迴路雷射模組係包括一光耦合器、一一光濾波器、一具多模態輸出之法布里-珀羅(Fabry- Perot)雷射二極體及一光纖放大模組,其中光濾波器及法布里-珀羅雷射二極體係置於一雷射共振腔裝置內,利用光濾波器產生並激發雷射後,將其輸出波長注入該法布里-珀羅雷射二極體之不同的模態上,同時利用法布里-珀羅雷射二極體的共振特性鎖住輸出波長及功率,進而輕易達成波長可調且輸出穩定之功效。本發明並具有架構簡易、製作容易及價格便宜等優點。 | zh_TW |
