dc.description.abstract一種薄膜塗佈方法,首先,係將基板設置於加熱板之承載面上以及移動式刮刀下方,以使基板及移動式刮刀間具有間隙,接著,令加熱板對基板加熱以達到熱平衡溫度,再令多點下料裝置於基板及移動式刮刀間之間隙注入有機溶液,從而藉由毛細作用使有機溶液於基板及移動式刮刀間均勻分佈,最後,令移動式刮刀於基板上進行變速度位移,從而使有機溶液於基板上形成均勻的厚度,俾達成於薄膜上均勻塗佈之功效。zh_TW
