dc.description.abstract一種旋轉式光學斷層掃描裝置,係包括:設置於一待測物的表面上之發光單元,係發出入射光線至待測物的表面下之組織;設置於待測物上並圍繞著發光單元轉動之偵測單元,係接收經由待測物表面下之組織吸收/散射該入射光線而擴散出之擴散光線,以產生該待測物表面下之組織的感測資訊;以及用以產生該旋轉式光學斷層掃描裝置之位置資訊的定位單元。旋轉式光學斷層掃描裝置可將感測資訊和位置資訊傳輸至一重建模組以重建待測物的表面下之組織的影像。因此,藉由本發明之旋轉式光學斷層掃描裝置,可擴大對於待測物的掃描範圍。zh_TW
