dc.description.abstract | 課程首頁 本課程是由交通大學生物科技學系暨研究所提供。 Microscopy has become one of the most utilized tool in the biology field. It is essential for modern day biologists to learn the basics of microscopy and how it should be properly used in studying biological events. This course will cover most techniques used in a cell biology lab ranging from contrast-based illumination to specialized fluorescence microscopy. This class will also discuss the potential problem of scientific misconducts related to image manipulation. 顯微技術已成為研究生物學最重要的工具之一。擁有基礎顯微常識及了解如何正確的使用顯微技術是現今從事生物學研究人員所不可或缺的知識。本課程將教授現今細胞生物實驗室所使用之顯微技術,涵蓋範圍從基本對比顯影技術至特殊螢光顯微技術。本課程並會討論與影像處理有關的科學倫理問題。 | zh_TW |
