| dc.description.abstract | 一種溼度感測器，包含接地電極、第一電極、第二電極、感濕層、計算模組及查表模組，其中接地電極耦接於接地端。第一電極相對於接地電極的第一端。第二電極相對於接地電極的第二端。感濕層至少填充於第一電極與第一端之間及第二電極與第二端之間。第一電極與接地電極的第一端之間具有第一電容值，第二電極與接地電極的第二端之間具有第二電容值。感濕層依據空氣溼度改變第一電容值與第二電容值。計算模組接收第一電容值及第二電容值，並計算第一電容值及第二電容值的差值。查表模組再依據差值，查找與差值對應的溼度值。 | zh_TW |
