dc.description.abstract一種非侵入式眼壓感測元件,其適於配置在眼球上。非侵入式眼壓感測元件包括感測單元以及讀取電路。感測單元包括多個電極層以及介電層。介電層包覆電極層並填充於電極層之間,且電極層與介電層構成電容。電容隨眼球的眼壓變化而產生電容值變化。讀取電路電連接於感測單元。 A non-invasive intraocular pressure sensor applying for configuring on an eyeball is provided. The non-invasive intraocular pressure sensor includes a sensing unit and a readout circuit. The sensing unit includes a plurality of electrode layers and a dielectric layer. The dielectric layer encloses the electrode layers and fills therebetween, and the electrode layers and the dielectric layer form a capacitor. A capacitance of the capacitor varies with the variation of an intraocular pressure of the eyeball. The readout circuit is electrically connected to the sensing unit.zh_TW
