| dc.description.abstract | 民國九十三年，最後一批新瓦屋的居民，因為高鐵興建徵收土地的緣故，搬遷離開了居住多年的土地。這不只是帶起了新瓦屋原居民聚集彼此、將舊址重新整理成為新文化空間的一波行動，更讓竹北各地的客家人，為了不讓饒平的客家話在後人散居各地的情況下失傳，參與創立了「新竹縣饒平客家文化協會」。其中，竹北芎林長大的林祺樑便是協會第三任也是目前現職的總幹事。 | zh_TW |
