dc.description.abstract | Dutton(2004)理論認為網路親近性及網路信任會影響使用者是否參與網路活動。但從創新傳布研究的觀點,新興網路行為的參與類似網民採用新事物的行為過程,除了考慮網路經驗對於網路信任的影響外,Burt(1987)所提出的社會濡染效果亦必須納入考量。本文嘗試以社會網絡觀點探討面對新的網路應用服務時,個人所處社會網絡的結構力量(社會濡染效果)如何影響個人的網路行為?結構同型與社會凝聚濡染效果會對網路行為產生什麼樣不同的影響?研究主要採用自我中心社會網絡問卷針對四個班級的大學生140人進行調查。研究結果顯示網路親近性高低並不影響這群受訪者對於網路的信心及風險認知,但是對於一般制度信心較高的人同時也會對網路有較高的信任。網路信任高低的確影響了受訪者在參與網路活動上的差異,尤其網路信任較高的人較會在網路上撰寫部落格或上傳照片影音,參與BBS也較為積極。在不同的網絡活動上,網路親近性、社會濡染效果亦有不同展現。網路年資較高(親近性高)的學生較會在網路上進行網路購物或拍賣行為。對於網路信心越高和具有較高的社會凝聚濡染效果的學生則較在網路上撰寫部落格及上傳照片影音。每日使用時間較長且社會濡染效果較低的學生則是較常在網路上從事分享檔案的行為。對於一般制度信任低、但對於網路信心較高,以及有較高社會濡染效果的學生則是活躍於網路的BBS活動。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Dutton's (2004) recent study of net-trust of large population survey in the UK suggests that as people use internet more frequently (net-proximity), they would gain greater expertise and capabilities for accessing internet resource. Net-trust could be the key mediator for online service diffusion. This paper employs technology diffusion and social contagion aspects, argues that internet behaviors are not only shaped by individual's internet experiences, but also by his/her structural position of social network. This study employs the ego-centred name generator method and collects social network data among 140 college students in Taiwan. The results suggest that internet trust did affect respondents' involvement on internet activities. Senior internet users are more likely to shop or auction on internet. Those who show higher internet trust and with social cohesion network are more active on blogging and uploading audio and pictures. Daily heavy users with less degree of social contagion network are more likely to share files online. Those with low institutional trust, but show high internet trust and with high degree of social contagion network are more likely to be active on the BBS. | en_US |
