dc.description.abstract本論文研究在於利用 LabVIEW 進行系統化整合。系統整合包 含 Micro Computed Tomography(micro-CT) 及 Fluorescence Tomography(FT) 影像造影包含儀器控制及使用者控制介面的設計。 硬體元件透過 LabVIEW 進行系統整合,包含有主轉盤, X 光管, 偵測 器, 雷射, 濾波器 及EMCCD 等多種元件皆是由LabVIEW進行控制。 Micro-CT從主轉盤馬達控制到X光管, 偵測器擷取影像的時序控制, 這些都依照造影流程進行設計及動作。FT 整合了 2 家不同廠牌的雷 射模組,搭配主轉盤馬達控制及可程式控制的雷射模組與濾波器及 EMCCD 成為 FT 影像拍攝模組。影像擷取模組與馬達控制模組透過 重新設計過的自動化流程,以往手動進行拍攝的 micro-CT 及 FT 影像, 進行一次造影流程,需花費大量的時間。Micro-CT 手動拍攝 360 張影像需耗時 45-60 分鐘,FT 拍攝 16 張影像則需使用 60 分鐘,在流 程自動化的協助下,Micro-CT 的拍攝 360 張影像將可以縮減至 8.5 分鐘之內,FT 影像系統整合後,將只需要 15 分鐘的時間。透過此數 據可以明確的看到,在系統的協助下,將可以有效的增加影像擷取的 效率。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe thesis is that system integration by LabVIEW. System integration includes micro-CT and FT image acquisition, hardware control and graphic user-interface design. Hardware components integrated contains the main structure, X-ray tube, detector, laser cube, filter and EMCCD, etc. LabVIEW controls all of the components, from main turntable motor control to X-ray, detector image capture timing process which designed accordance with timing program operates. Prof Chen’s research team designs FT with two brands of laser, filter and EMCCD, which become imaging capture module through the control system, FT imaging capture system work with turntable control module too. Imaging module and motor control module through the redesigned automated process, will be able to significantly shorten the time of image capture. Increase efficiency of image capture.en_US
