摘要: 近年来,随着手势辨识研究的演进,许多利用体感操控之应用也逐渐发展,使得人们只需站在摄影机前便可操控电脑。有鉴于在会议室中之投影片演示时,演示者无法适时地站在投影布幕前利用双手指示重点,而只能局限于在电脑前演示投影片。
本研究藉由微软推出的Kinect,应用手势辨识于控制PowerPoint演示。本论文透过撷取人体参考点,辨识双手相对于人体之单一方向动作,希望达成包含能够让使用者顺畅切换页面、在一定程度上的展示图片功能及简单的画面指示效果功能之投影片控制辅助系统。
本论文之贡献有两点:第一,本论文提出一手势辨识系统,在不同体型及臂展之成年使用者间,皆能达到一定程度之辨识效果。第二,本论文之系统整合图片展示功能及画面重点指示于投影片系统中,让使用者能够容易将投影片中之内容演示。
Recently, as the evolution of the researches on hand gesture recognition, many somatosensory control applications are gradually developed, and so that people can stand in front of the camera to control the computer. In view of the slide presentation in the conference meeting room, the presenter is limited in front of the computer, and couldn’t use their hands to point out the emphasis on the projection screen in time.
This thesis describes a gesture recognition system which is used to control a PowerPoint presentation by the Microsoft Kinect. This system focuses on the hand gesture recognition by extracting the human body reference points and recognizing the gestures which the hand movements are one direction related to human body, and then make the users to navigate the slides as fluid as possible, to resize an image on a slide and to display a pointer on slides which they want to mark to the audience.
The following are the contributions in this thesis. First, we proposed a gesture recognition system, which can achieve a limited extent recognition effect on adults. Second, it integrates an image-showing function and a pointer function in the system, making presenter easily show the key point they want to display on a slide.
