dc.description.abstract職業安全衛生法於民國102年07月03日完成修正,其中第11規定化學品應依其健康危害、散布狀況及使用量等情形,評估風險等級,並採取分級管理措施。而我們利用化學品MSDS上的第二項:危害辨識資料了解健康危害、第九項:物理及化學物質了解散布狀況。透過勞動部職業安全衛生署成立化學品分級管理網站可簡易線上操作得知化學品的各項作業形態所對應暴露控制表單所採取管制措施。 本篇研究針對LED公司磊晶製程使用的化學品來執行化學品分級管理。由於磊晶製程使用的金屬有機化合物如:三甲基鋁(Trimethylaluminum, TMAl)、三甲基鎵(Trimethylgallium, TMGa)、三甲基銦(Trimethylindium, TMIn)、三乙基鎵(Triethylgallium, TEGa)及二茂鎂(Bis(CP)magnesium)具發火性、禁水性、腐蝕/刺激皮膚與嚴重損傷/刺激眼睛等危害特性;而使用的氣體如:氨氣(Ammonia, NH3)及矽甲烷(Silicon hydride,SiH4 200 ppm)亦有腐蝕/刺激皮膚與嚴重損傷/刺激眼睛等危害特性。 研究方法主要藉勞動部職業安全衛生署的化學品分級管理網站規定的五個步驟來分析:劃分危害群組、判定逸散程度、選擇使用量、決定管理方法及參考暴露控制表單。將該LED公司磊晶製程所使用的化學品進行五個步驟來分析管理方法為何外,並確認相關作業型態所對應的暴露控制表單是否符合管制措施,並補其不足之處。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractOccupational Safety and Health Act were be modified in July 3 2013.Base on Article 11, the employers shall assess the degrees of risk the chemical pose based on hazards to health, distribution, quantity of use and other conditions, and adopt management measures according risk ranking. We use hazards identification to understand the health, physical and chemical properties to understand the distribution by MSDS. Through the Ministry of Labor set up the website to implement Chemical Control Banding (CCB). A LED company used Trimethylaluminum (TMAl), Trimethyl gallium (TMGa), Trimethylindium (TMIn), Triethyl gallium (TEGa), Ferrocene magnesium (Bis (CP) magnesium), Ammonia (NH3), Silicon methane (SiH4 200 ppm) and Hydrogen(H2) in epitaxi process. These materials will be implement CCB (Chemical Control Banding) to confirm a LED company compliance. Because CCB is a simple and general method, safety and health personnel should adapt measures for your colleagues to avoid exposure hazards.en_US
