dc.description.abstract由於醫學的進步與科技的快速發展,多切面的電腦斷層冠狀動脈攝影(MDCT)已有相當程度的發展,使得電腦斷層影像更為精確、解析度更高,且被廣泛地使用於醫療的診斷上。通常一位病患的電腦斷層掃描影像,動輒數百張以上,除了龐大的影像外,醫師更需花費大量的時間與體力去仔細端看每組的冠狀動脈影像,判斷冠狀動脈是否健全,有無異常的情形發生。且診斷上大都是根據醫師們多年的臨床經驗,每位醫師對於血管邊界的定義都略有不同,以致醫師們所判斷的結果也經常因人而異。因此,本論文希望藉由現有的標準冠狀動脈模型來偵測心臟斷層掃描的冠狀動脈影像,提供醫師一個診斷的參考依據,減少醫師於診斷時所耗費的時間成本與人力成本,並降低因人為操作變因所造成的主觀因素。 本篇論文主要提出了利用AHA-17標準冠狀動脈模型來自動化標示心臟斷層掃描的冠狀動脈血管之方法,根據美國心臟協會所提出之17 AHA Model,針對血管的走向、長度與分支等特徵來分析各條血管,達到自動偵測冠狀動脈影像。從實驗結果中,幾乎可偵測出大多數的血管,有不錯的成績。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn recent years, due to the rapid advances in medical science and technology development, and expanded use of MDCT (multi-detector computed tomography), it becomes much easier than before to obtain more accurate and high-resolution image data of the heart. In this thesis, we propose method that using the Standard AHA-17 Model Automatic Marking of Coronary Arteries from MDCT Images. According to 17 AHA Model proposed by the American Heart Association. For orientation, length and branching of the vascular characteristics, analyzing of the blood vessel, to automatically detect coronary artery Imaging. From the experimental results, we can detect most of the blood vessels, with good results.en_US
