dc.description.abstract近年來,由於電器產品紛紛往高效能的方向設計,永磁馬達扮演著重要的角色,但是由於永久磁石與定子槽間的磁交鏈作用,會存在週期性的頓轉扭矩,使永磁馬達在運轉時會存在不必要的震動,所以如何降低馬達的頓轉扭矩變成一項重要的問題。 一般而言,要降低馬達的頓轉扭矩大部分是從結構上來著手,如斜槽等等設計,會增加額外的設計成本。本篇論文提出一個透過估測頓轉舉的數值來調整q軸電流命令的方法來降低在低轉速造成的振動,並且利用Psim軟體模擬與數位訊號處理器DSP28335實作來驗證理論的可行性,最後本論文所提出的控制器與傳統的控制器在同樣的條件下,抑制頓轉扭矩的效果比傳統的控制器還要優秀。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractRecently, Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM.) plays an important role in many industries, since the electrical products have the trend to design for high-performance. However, PMSM exists periodical cogging torque between the permanent magnet and the stator slot that will cause vibration during operating. So how to reduce cogging torque of motor becomes an important issue. Generally, the most of the cases to reduce cogging torque is redesigning the structure of motor, skew, but it will increase costs. This paper proposes a method of estimating cogging torque to modulate the current of Q-axis when the motor is operating. Using PSIM and DSP28335 verify the theory. Finally, for the same case, our controller is better than traditional controller to suppress cogging torque.en_US
