dc.description.abstract本論文主要藉由圖案化的聚二甲基矽氧烷薄膜封裝技術來改善發光效率與色溫均勻度,透過圖案化的聚二甲基矽氧烷薄膜於封裝體表面,藉此可增加光的散射特性,提高藍光在大角度的強度以改善變角度色溫的分布。此外,由於圖案化的散射能力越好而使的藍光越有機會激發黃色螢光粉成為黃光或是增加黃光出光率,進而提升其光萃取效率,以增進發光效率。在此新穎結構中,在大角度與垂直方向的色溫差異可以從905K減少至467K,並且由於前述藉由圖案化的散射能力,其發光效率也可提高7%。故利用圖案化的聚二甲基矽氧烷薄膜於封裝體表面的結構中不但可改善變角度的色溫均勻性,也可增加發光二極體的發光效率。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis lecture using the package technique by PDMS patterned film to improve the lighting efficiency and CCT uniformity. By the PDMS film on the package surface , the intensity of blue light at large angle is increased to improve the distribution of CCT and increasing the scattering of the light. Otherwise, due to the scattering by the pattern, the blue light has chances to excite the yellow powder and transfer to yellow to increase the portion of yellow light, then to improve the light extraction efficiency. In this new structure, ΔCCT between large and zero angle can be descreased to 467K from 905K. By the mentioned scattering ability, the luminous efficiency increases 7%. Thus, using PDMS pattern film in the packaging surface can not only improve the CCT uniformity at different angles but also increase the luminous efficiency.en_US
