摘要: | 近年來由於温室氣體的排放,造成全球氣候變遷,因此節能減碳變成國際間重要的課題,其中水資源的回收再利用更是各公司重要節能減碳的指標。而生物薄膜反應器(Membrane Bio-Reactor, MBR)具有處理水質佳,空間需求少,污泥產量低,可在既有廠翻新改建,和污泥濃度較高可承受進流水的濃度變化等優勢,應用在廢水的處理及回收上具有很大的發展空間。
本研究利用某光電廠已實際安裝MBR 有機廢水回收系統為研究對象,結果顯示,光電廢水在MBR回收處理系統,生物處理程序中TOC的去除率可達到95%~98%,若污泥負荷控制在0.05 kg-TOC/kg-SS-day以下,其MBR廢水回收系統中的生物單元出流水的TOC水質可達到小於5 mg/L,而後續的逆滲透(Reverse osmosis, RO)單元,對TOC的去除率可達95%以上,對水中導電度的降低達到90%以上。
在節能減碳上,本2,500 m3/day的MBR回收處理系統的自來水用量可減少1,938 m3/day,年減碳量上的成效達到1,645, 510 kg-CO2。廠區內超純水系統因加入MBR回收系統產水,純水單位成本也跟著下降,分析各項據顯示超純水系統前段電量減少2,558 kwh/day,年減碳量上的成效達到487,469 kg-CO2,超純水系統使用的HCL、NaOH減少1,008 m3/day、388 m3/day,年減碳量分別達到720,406 kg-CO2、327,272 kg-CO2,在節能減碳的成效上效果卓著。 Due to the global climate change caused by the emission of greenhouse gases in recent years, energy saving and carbons reducing has become important international subjects. The recycle and reuse of water resource is one of important index of energy saving and carbon reducing in industrial companies. Membrane Bio-Reactor(MBR) has the advantages such as better recycling water quality, fewer space demands, lower sludge production, easier renovation and reconstruction in old factories and higher capacity to endure the variation in inflow water concentration, making it have great development space in wastewater treatment and recycle. This research used one of TFT-LCD factory installed with the MBR organic waste water recycling system as the research subject. The result showed with MBR recycling system, the removal rate of TOC in photoelectric wastewater in biological processing procedure can reach up to 95%~98%. With sludge loading limited under 0.05 kg-TOC/kg-SS-day, TOC content of the discharge water through MBR system is lower than 5 mg/L. With the treatment of the Reverse osmosis (RO) unit, the TOC removal rate was more than 95%, and the reduction of conductivity in water was more than 90%. In energy saving and carbon reducing, the dayly water requirement of 2,500 m3/day in the factory can reduce 1,938 m3/day by installing MBR recycling system, making the annul reductin of carbon to 1,645,510 kg-CO2. The unit cost of the ultra pure water system in the factory was also reduced after using the recycled water from MBR recycling system. By analyzing the data, it was showed that the electric consumption in the pretreatment of ultra pure water system reduced 2,558 kwh/day, making the effect of annul carbon reductin reach 487,469 kg-CO2, and the HCLand NaOH consumption in the ultra pure water system reduced 1,008 m3/day and 388 m3/day, making the effect of annul carbon reduction reach 720,406 kg-CO2 and 327,272 kg-CO2, showing great achievements on energy-saving and carbon reducing. |
