關係的知識結構研究:作者共引文分析

Abstract

關係(Guanxi)是中國文化中特有的一種人際互動形式。隨著全球化的成長，任何想進入中國市場的企業都無可避免會遇到因關係所產生的問題。本研究以作者共引文分析法(Author Co-citation Analysis)為主，數個子分析法(Factor Analysis, Multidimensional Scaling, Hierarchical Cluster Analysis, Pathfinder Network Scaling)為輔，針對1989年至2014年發表於SCI及SSCI期刊中與關係相關之研究文獻進行分析，並試圖描繪出關係在學術領域中的知識結構。經上述分析結果，關係在學術領域之發展可被分為三大趨勢: (1) Guanxi in China Studies (2) Guanxi in Business and Management (3) Guanxi in Management and Demography Studies，再由此產生數個分支。本研究藉由描繪當代關係研究領域的重要主題、詳述其發展變化，提供了一個讓學術界及業界更了解關係研究發展趨勢的方法。

Guanxi(關係) is one of the core cultures in the Chinese context. With the growing globalization, it has become more and more important for any business entering China. The objective of this paper is to delineate the intellectual structure of guanxi during the period 1989-2014. By applying a bibliometric technique called author co-citation analysis (ACA) on the citation information retrieved from the Science Citation Index (SCI) and the Social Science Citation Index (SSCI) database, co-citation frequencies between every two different authors will form the ACA output matrix. Furthermore, this matrix would be used as the input of several further data analytic techniques such as factor analysis, multidimensional scaling, hierarchical cluster analysis and pathfinder network scaling. The results identifies three main trends in guanxi studies: (1) Guanxi in China Studies (2) Guanxi in Business and Management (3) Guanxi in Management and Demography Studies, and even several branches of them. This research provides an overview and discloses the hidden trends of guanxi studies in academia.
