dc.description.abstract本研究主要探討供應商選擇問題,並藉由雙邊規格下多條生產線的製程能力指標CpkM來選擇出擁有較佳製程能力的供應商。本文提供兩種檢定方法來解決問題,其中,第一種方法將兩家供應商的CpkMhat相除作為檢定統計量,而第二種方法將兩家供應商的CpkMhat相減作為檢定統計量。對於兩種檢定方法,我們皆提供兩階段的假設檢定,用以比較兩家供應商的製程能力以及檢測差距。本文亦提供假設檢定所對應的臨界值及在要求之檢定力下所需的樣本數,作為供應商選擇的輔助資訊。此外,比較兩種方法後發現相減法檢定力優於相除法。最後,我們應用一個例子,來說明如何在兩家供應商中作選擇,並驗證此研究的可行性。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, we consider the supplier selection problem which deals with comparing two-sided processes with multiple manufacturing lines and selecting the one that has a significantly higher capability value based on the process capability index CpkM. We present two methods to tackle the supplier selection problem, that is, the division method and the subtraction method. For both of two methods, we provide testing hypothesis with two phases for comparing two suppliers’ performance and examining the magnitude of process capability difference between two suppliers. Critical values for testing procedure and sample sizes required for a designated selection power are also investigated. In addition, the results show that the subtraction method is more powerful than the division method. An application example on two-sided process with multiple manufacturing lines is presented to illustrate the practicality of this approach.en_US
