摘要: 本論文研究太陽能個案公司關於現存的多廠如何進行合併及重配置之決策,期使公司的利潤能夠最大化。這間公司擁有六座工廠位於三個國家;分別在A國家有三個廠,B國家有二個廠,C國家有一個廠。 本研究專注於A國家三個廠的資源重配置之決策。這三個廠實際上都相距不到三十公里的路程。首先我們採定性分析方法及比較可行的方案,提出建議合併三廠中的二廠。接下來,有系統地分析建議合併方案的五項成本及五項效益。有依據的結果指出合併二廠為一廠的建議方案是相當可為的—回收年限只需1.6年即可回收。 關鍵詞:太陽能、多廠營運、資源重配置、工程經濟、建廠決策
This research studies the decision-making of a solar company regarding the merge and re-locating of multiple existing factories in order to maximize the company’s profit. The company has six factories located in three countries; three factories in Country A, two factories in Country B, and one factory in Country C respectively. This study focuses on the resource re-location decision for the three factories in Country A, which are physically located less than 30 kilometer apart. We first qualitatively analyze and compare the possible alternatives and propose to merge two of the three factories. Then, we systematically analyze the five cost items and the five benefit items of the proposed merging alternative. Empirical results indicate that the proposed alternative of merging the two factories into one is quite promising—the payback period requires onlu 1.6 years.
