dc.description.abstract同時具有影像與治療能力在新穎式光纖內視鏡的研究上具有重大價值。在本論文中,我們設計了一套雙波段光纖雷射光源,並且展示了其在OCT影像與治療的應用。此雙頻光源的設計是利用高能摻鉺光纖雷射作為激發源,搭配非線性光纖作為波長轉換器,同步產生1.55μm的雷射治療光源與生物窗口在1.2μm ~ 1.3μm的光學同調斷層顯微系統光源,透過光學同調斷層顯微系統作為雷射導引,不但能在手術前快速擷取生物影像,更能在手術後及時且精準地觀察其治療效果,大幅降低現有系統之病變擴散的風險與二次手術的發生率。在初步實驗中也展現了整套雷射系統擷取影像與治療的能力,證明了本套雷射系統的實用性,此複合式能力的設計也大大降低了體積,成本與操作的難易度,未來能普遍應用在臨床醫學上。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractNovel fiber-optic endoscopes simultaneously with virtual-biopsy imaging and laser surgery modalities will have high impacts on the industrial, medical or clinical applications. In this thesis, a dual-band fiber laser simultaneously with a 1.2 μm and a 1.55 μm emissions was first demonstrated. The dual-band fiber laser was composed of an all-fiber medium power 1.55 μm Erbium-doped femtosecond fiber laser as the pump source and a nonlinear fiber as the wavelength up-convertor. The 1.2 μm radiations, located within the 1.2-1.35 μm bio-penetration window, was utilized for performing spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) and the amplified residual 1.55 μm femtosecond pulses, which are highly absorptive to waters, were utilized for laser surgery. Based on the 1.2 and 1.55 μm fiber-optic light source, a novel multi-modal fiber-optic endoscope was then preliminary demonstrated. Accurate positions for laser surgery were precisely determined in advance by the 1.2 μm based SD-OCT virtual biopsy with a 0.02 second image acquisition time. And the successive treatments of bio-specimens after the medical surgery can be also determined instantly by another SD-OCT image as feedback control. The risk of pathological changes and possibilities of secondary surgery were significantly decreased by the dual-modal endoscopes accordingly.en_US
