dc.description.abstract隨著老齡化社會的來臨,人們對於醫療資源的需求可說是越來越高,但在台灣的醫療環境下,重大疾病的醫生卻是越來越少,因此我們希望開發一套近紅外光時間解析擴散光學系統,協助醫師進行疾病的診斷,提供台灣更好的醫療環境。 本篇論文中我們建立了時間解析擴散光學系統,儀器包括短脈衝雷射(雙波長的近紅外光光源)、單光子雪崩二極體、光子計數器…等,並將儀器用於兩個部份的臨床量測,分別為觀察血管束縛下的血流動力學以及乳癌診斷,其中利用擴散光子飛行時間分布,我們計算手臂血管束縛下,組織的血紅素、吸收係數及散射係數的變化,並且發現在動脈束縛、靜脈束縛會有不同的光學參數的改變,這對於了解微循環的機制有更大的幫助。在乳癌診斷的影像上,我們所建立的儀器的確實診斷出腫瘤發生的位置,且量測時間相對於其他醫療診斷工具相當快速,未來我們將會改善此系統的精準度,相信能為癌症診斷提供一個更好的光學方法。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe advent of aging society is coming, the demand of medical resources is rising. In the medical environment in Taiwan, doctors of major diseases is less and less. So we hope to develop a near-infrared time-resolved diffuse optical system to assist doctors in the diagnosis of diseases. We present the experimental results of in-vivo oxygenation dynamic monitoring based on a time-resolved diffuse optical imaging (TRDOI) system. The TRDOI was performed with picosecond diode lasers (dual-wavelength near-infrared source) and a fast-gated single-photon avalanche diode (SPAD) that coupled to a time-correlated single-photon counting electronics. We applied the instrument in two parts of clinical. There are hemodynamic with vessel occlusion and diagnosis of breast cancer. We investigated the changes of absorption and reduced scattering coefficients in venous and arterial occlusion of arm from the mean time of flight and the variance of the measured distribution of times of flight (DTOF). Our result indicates the differences of change of optical properties with venous and arterial occlusion. The image breast cancer, our instruments is indeed to diagnose tumor location, and the measurement time compared to other medical diagnostic tool is quite fast. In the future, we will improve the accuracy of this system, I believe that our system would be useful in breast cancer diagnosis.en_US
