應用雲端科技於軟體開發專案之研究-以某企業為例

Abstract

長久以來，使用者一直抱怨資訊單位所發展的資訊系統不能滿足實務上的需求。而根據許多學者的研究發現，最主要的原因之一是資訊系統開發者未能深入瞭解使用者需求就直接進行系統開發所致。然而，瞭解使用者需求是必需建立在良好的溝通協調基礎上，所以資訊系統的開發者與使用者需要良好的溝通管道與工具。經由資訊科技的幫助讓溝通協調過程更正確、更及時、更有效率，將是資料系統開發專案的關鍵因素。

本論文的研究採用個案研究法，針對個案公司內有參與過資訊系統開發專案的相關人員進行實地研究，透過半結構化訪談取得第一手資料，並歸納使用個案公司之雲端專案管理系統在資訊系統開發專案的六大階段的實際使用情形，並提出六點命題，以證明雲端專案管理系統對資訊系統開發專案的溝通協調是有幫助的，可以作為後續研究的基礎，並提供給後續進行資訊系統開發專案的同仁參考。

根據本論文所提出的研究命題，在個案公司內資訊系統開發專案使用雲端專案管理系統時，在執行不同專案或擔任不同專案職務時，對於提升溝通與協調的成效與協助溝通的方便性有著不同的使用態度與使用經驗；另外在不同的專案開發階段，本論文研究結果也顯示，雲端專案管理系統在系統發展後期與使用階段，其對溝通協調的重要性也不如開發初期來的重要，其原因與系統開發初期的可行性分析、定義需求範圍、定義可行的行程與系統分析設計等有大量的溝通協調活動有著密不可分的關係。

Users have been complaining about the development of information systems IT units can’t meet the demand on the practice for a long time. According to many researchers found that one of the main reasons is the information system developers have failed to understand users' needs for system development directly due. However, understanding the user needs is required based on good communication and coordination on the basis of information systems so that developers and users need good communication channels and tools. Information systems through the help of information technology to make the process of communication and coordination more accurate, timely and efficient will be a key factor in the project's development.

In this research we used case studies and field studies of the company, which is involved in personal information system development project to obtain first-hand information. We use semi structure interviews then summarizes the cases regarding with cloud project management system, therefore we can develop the six stages project circumstances. We propose six propositions regarding cloud project management system for communication and coordination. We believe these propositions will be helpful and can be a basis for further research conducted in field of information system development project.

According to research presented in this paper proposition show that when cloud project management system is used by information system development project company, it enhances the effectiveness of communication and coordination, and ease the communication of users’ experience. In the other stage of project management system development, the results show that the communication and coordination in the later stages are not as important as early stages because the definition of the scope of needs, the definition of possible stroke and system analysis, and design need a lot of communication and coordinator among the users.
