摘要: 企業在現今競爭激烈的環境中,目標皆是讓企業能持續獲利永續經營,而面對每項重大的投資案,企業的決策者必須做出最好的投資決策,通常企業的決策者除了憑藉過往的經驗來做決策,大多是進行跨組織部門的討論每項方案,經由一番討論,最後決定執行多數人一致認同的決策,如何確定這是一個好的決策呢?一般判斷決策好壞的方法是看決策的結果,但有時候結果必須要在一段時日之後才能揭曉,並且也無法知道其他被拒絕方案的結果,這樣的狀況容易讓企業決策者困擾。 然而,透過SDG (Strategic Decision Group) 管理顧問公司所發展出的Spider Diagram中六個要素可以檢視衡量企業的決策者所做出的決策品質,本研究將以C集團背光模組廠為個案企業,在背光模組事業營收銳減、獲利萎縮的環境下,其Hinge-up事業單位為了達成提升營收、增加獲利的目標,進行建置光學貼合產線的投資決策,故可以利用Spider Diagram的決策品質六個要素來檢視衡量C集團的投資決策品質,並且了解此投資決策的問題點,提供企業可改善的建議與方針。 除了以SDG所提供的六個要素檢視企業的決策之外,本研究也希望提供企業投資決策過程可依循的決策品質規範,供企業決策者以及後續相關研究者參考。
Enterprises under the aggressively competitive environment, the decision makers in the enterprises have to make the best decision in every large investment, in order to get profitable earning and stretch the enterprise as long. The decision maker usually will get the final decision not only by professional experience but also align with several internal departments and discuss over and over. How could we ensure the decision will be the good one? We can judge it by the outcome of the decision normally. This kind of situation are easily annoying the decision maker, because it will be known after a long while and we will never know the outcome of other alternatives. However, it is really helpful if we can review and measure the quality of decision by using the six elements of Spider Diagram, which was developed by SDG (Strategic Decision Group). This research is going to have a case study of the backlight company- C group, it just made the investment decision for constructing the bonding production line for achieving the goal of increasing the revenue and raise the profit. So that we can use the six element of Spider Diagram for reviewing and measuring the quality of this investment decision, and also find any problems with this investment decision, then to provide the recommendation and guide. Finally, we hope to provide the criteria of decision process for every enterprise to follow, and the reference for hereafter pursuer.
