摘要: 現今的製造業與化學工業發展至今,每一個產業的競爭越來越劇烈,要如何有效的降低庫存成本已經成為大家所關切的地方。畢竟只有在一片紅海中增加自己的價值與降低自己的成本,才能讓自己的公司存活下去。 目前有的公司已經有使用TOC概念進行拉式補貨訂定出目標庫存與補貨的相關公式,而較少提到Demand Driven MRP(DDMRP)理論。有鑑於產品預測銷售量的不確定性對供應鏈運作所造成的干擾,本論文首先運用DDMRP方法計算平均在庫庫存與E公司實際平均在庫庫存比較後,證實E公司的庫存不合理。接著運用DDMRP緩衝區設定與需求規劃方法針對E公司進行庫存模擬分析後,將E公司的整體庫存金額減少15%,故得知DDMRP方法運用在庫存管理是有效的。
Since the development of manufacturing industry and the chemical industry today, it is become more and more intense competition, and how to effectively reduce inventory costs has become a place where everyone's concern. After all, only in a Red Sea increases their value and lower their costs, in order to let the company survive. Now some companies have pull replenishment using TOC concepts and set out to inventory and replenishment related formulas, rather than Demand Driven MRP mentioned (DDMRP) theory. Given the uncertainty of forecast sales of products to supply chain operations caused by interference, this paper uses the DDMRP method to calculate the average inventory actual average inventory compared with e company, confirm that e inventory is not reasonable. Then use the DDMRP buffer setting planning with demand after inventory simulation analysis methods for e company, the company's overall inventory reduction 15% , so that the DDMRP method is used in inventory management is effective.
