dc.description.abstract本研究主要探討使用氦氣為主的常壓電漿束,大部分的電漿都是使用外電極接地加上不同的添加物來改變電漿束內活性物質生成之濃度改變,而本論文探討以不同電極結構對電漿束的影響,及其實際殺菌效率,以增進生醫工程領域之實際應用發展。此電漿設備包含一石英管作為介電材質,石英管中固定一金屬內電極,並在石英管外壁纏繞寬度15 mm之鋁膠帶作為外電極。在本研究中,我們利用照相機觀察電漿束的長度以及亮度的變化,並以光譜儀器來分析電漿之放電區域以及後放電區域內所含的粒子物種,並搭配溫度量測進一步地了解兩種不同電極的差異。實驗結果顯示,使用接地電極的電漿束在放電區域擁有較高的能量,溫度和活性粒子的濃度皆較高;另一方面,使用浮動電極的電漿束在後放電區域所得到的活性粒子強度比前者來的強,但是溫度卻比較低。而實驗所得的電漿溫度均低於37度(接地電極組37度,浮動電極組32度),為人體可接受的範圍。殺菌實驗顯示此電漿束在15秒內能有效殺死蛀牙菌S. mutans,而使用浮動電極的殺菌效果比起使用接地電極來的顯著,此效果與放光光譜量到的活性粒子強度結果一致。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractWe perform the helium-based atmospheric pressure plasma jet (APPJ) with power/ground and power/floating electrode configurations, and study the plasma properties and sterilization efficiency via experimental methods. The APPJ devices consist of a stainless steel tube as power electrode, quartz tube as dielectric material and aluminum tape as ground/floating electrode. Results show that gas temperature by using power/ground configuration is higher than that of using power/floating electrode, (with 37℃ and 32℃), respectively. The former also exhibit the higher optical emission in discharge region. OES results in post discharge region, however, show that APPJ with power/floating configuration carries higher radical generation than that of power/ground electrode. Then we use these APPJs to sterilize S. mutans, which are the most common bacteria in human oral. Results reveal that the sterilization efficiency by using power/floating electrode APPJ is better than that of power/ground electrode APPJ.en_US
