dc.description.abstract無線充電技術由於他的方便性所以被廣泛的應用於可攜式裝置的無線充電系統上,在WPT的系統中藉由小體積電感電容諧振在6.78MHz去達成能量的傳遞,透過共振腔接收到交流能量,但是把接收到的交流能量轉變成直流能量需要透過高效率的整流器。如果使用被動式二極體會有大量的導通損耗,相對地,透過電晶體和比較器實現的主動式整流器在效率上表現更好,因為相較於被動式整流器他有比較低的壓降以及較高的電壓轉換比例。透過傳統的整流器和直流-直流轉換器可以轉換共振腔接收到的能量。由於可攜式裝置的發展趨勢是越來越薄,如果要將可攜式裝置和接收器整合在一起的話,我們提出沒有電感的穩壓整流器來降低接收器的厚度。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractFrom portable device battery charging system, wireless power transfer (WPT) techniques are widely used for the advantage of convenience. WPT system usually uses the frequency of 6.78MHz for the wireless power link to build a near-field condition and to have a small volume of LC resonance tank. Receiving an AC energy by the LC resonance tank. But converting an AC energy to a DC energy needs an efficient rectifier. Passive diode-type rectifiers consumes much conduction loss. In contrast, active rectifiers implemented by transistors and comparators are more power efficient because of the advantage of lower voltage drops and thus high voltage conversion ratio. A traditional active rectifier and a DC-DC converter can transfer power from receiver resonant tank. However, if receiver needs to be packaged together with the portable device, the thickness of the portable device becomes important due to the development trend. Regulate Rectifier schemes have been proposed to design receiver for achieving less extra components.en_US
