Abstract

In the molecule of the title compound, C40H24N4S, the two benzene rings fused to the thiophene ring form a dihedral angle of 2.3 (2)degrees. In the crystal structure, there are no significant hydrogen-bonding interactions, but there are pi - pi stacking interactions between molecules.
