dc.description.abstract科技廠房結構設計所遵循之「建築物耐震設計規範」是以「大震不倒」為終 極設計目標,並未考量中、小地震下之性能需求,因而科技廠動輒遭受鉅額震害損 失,合理的性能設計目標亟待建立。性能設計目標之制訂,耐震表現之檢驗以及震 後之結構健康診斷,應有一套完整的評估工具。台灣地震發生頻繁,以震測資料為 基礎所發展的結構健康監測系統具實用價值。本研究擬以三年的時間,針對科技廠 房嚴峻的防震問題,以及現行防震作為上的盲點,提出完整的解決方案及性能設計 目標。包括:「結構損傷探測技術之開發與實地應用」,及「廠房結構耐震補強技術 之開發與驗證」。結合系統識別分析與損傷探測技術,進行數值模擬驗證、振動台 試驗驗證以及現地監測計畫。本計畫與某科技業者合作進行現地監測示範計畫,第 一年已完成其位於南科某座廠房之監測系統安裝與測試。本計劃未來兩年將利用實 測地震反應資料及其設備/生產相應之性能表現進行分析,以建立適當的廠房耐震 性能設計目標。此外,本計劃將針對廠房結構特性提出補強策略與方案,並發展創 新之抗震消能裝置,期能達到性能設計目標。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe structural design of high-tech fabs in accordance with the seismic building code is based on the ultimate goal of collapse-free at severe earthquakes, without taking into account their performance demands at moderate events. As a consequence, the fabs have been occasionally subjected to excessive economic loss under moderate earthquakes. Reasonable performance-based design criteria beyond code provision are desired. Adequate assessment tools are needed to establish the design criteria, exam the seismic performance and diagnose the structural integrity. In an active seismic region like Taiwan, structural health monitoring systems that utilize seismic response data are of practical value. In this series of study, aseismic solutions and performance-based design criteria for high-tech fabs will be proposed with practical considerations. The tasks include "development of structural damage detection techniques" and "development and verification of seismic retrofit techniques for high-tech fabs". By integrating system identification analysis with damage detection schemes, the proposed methodology will be verified via numerical simulations, shaking table tests and an insitu structural monitoring program. In collaboration with the industry, an in-situ SHM demo program is currently underway. Implementation of the SHM system has been completed in a fab located in the Tainan Science and Industrial Park. The seismic data recorded from the earthquake events during the course of this study will be analyzed in conjunction with the seismic performance of the manufacturing tools to establish adequate performance-based design criteria. Moreover, seismic retrofit strategies and solutions will be provided in respect to the structural characteristics of the fab, along with development of innovative seismic dampers to meet the desired performance spec. en_US
