摘要:	物體位移估測(Motion Estimation)的方法已廣泛地使用在視訊壓縮編碼的系統上,在本計畫中將採用進階式的(Hierarchical)頻域估測法進行位移估測, 並從頻域的角度分析位移估測的極限問題,以彌補區塊比對法(Block Matching Method)在理論上的不足.
