| dc.description.abstract | 本發明提供一種凝膠組成物及其製備方法。凝膠組成物，包含複數個幾丁聚醣球、鹼性幾丁聚醣結構安定劑、幾丁聚醣分解酵素以及藥物。幾丁聚醣球係由幾丁聚醣自我組裝形成。鹼性幾丁聚醣結構安定劑使幾丁聚醣球彼此連接以形成凝膠體。幾丁聚醣分解酵素散佈於凝膠體中，並於20~40℃的溫度下分解凝膠組成物。藥物散佈於凝膠體中。 | zh_TW |
