dc.description.abstract一種磁珠式數位微流體免疫分析裝置與其方法,包括一下板、配置於下板的上方的一上板、配置於上板與下板之間的一分隔結構、以及配置於上板或下板上的一磁鐵。下板包括一第一電極層,其包括尺寸不一致的多個通道電極。含有少數磁珠的一液滴配置於下板上,並對應於通道電極。磁鐵以藉由一磁力吸引磁珠趨向通道電極中尺寸較小者,而當一電壓施加於第一電極層時,液滴藉由一雙向介電濕潤力切割成含有磁珠的一檢測部分與不含磁珠的一廢液部分分別對應於通道電極中尺寸較小者與較大者。zh_TW
