dc.description.abstract | 若是以傳統的面板設計,則需要多組電源個別供應不同的電路區塊,而目前市面上的面板多半使用多組直流-直流降壓轉換器,並搭配多個外部電感來實現其電源供應模組,故在成本以及印刷電路板的面積沒辦法有效縮減。為了設計出輕薄的面板,單電感多輸出直流-直流轉換器的優點在於只有單一顆外部電感以及單一顆晶片的條件下,可以同是產生多組電壓。而依照面板的應用,需求上需要較大的輸出電流以及其電流範圍,會使得現金文獻所提出的單電感多輸出直流-直流主換器在電壓漣波,電流範圍以及互穩壓的表現不佳而不適用於面板之應用。而本論文分別針對控制器以及功率級做設計。在控制器設計方面,相對跳過能量控制以及電流模式技術,可以達到低互穩壓以及低電壓漣波均可符合面板的需求。此外在功率級設計方面,藉由功率電晶體的控制方式達到高轉換效率的表現,已達到低耗能的效果。而相較於傳統電源供應方式,本論文所提出的單電感多輸出直流-直流轉換器使用在面板印刷電路板可以大幅縮小面積以及成本。實驗顯示本單電感多輸出直流-直流轉換器在大輸出電壓範圍下,其最高效率可達到90%。 | zh_TW |

The design of this paper was done for the controller and power stage. In the controller design, control and energy relative to skip the current-mode technology to achieve low inter modulation and low voltage ripple regulator can meet the needs of the panel. In addition, in the power stage design, with control of the power transistor to achieve high conversion efficiency performance, low power consumption has reached effect. And compared to traditional mode power supply, this paper proposed single-inductor multiple output DC - DC converters used in the panel printed circuit board area and cost can be greatly reduced.
