摘要: 若是以传统的面板设计,则需要多组电源个别供应不同的电路区块,而目前市面上的面板多半使用多组直流-直流降压转换器,并搭配多个外部电感来实现其电源供应模组,故在成本以及印刷电路板的面积没办法有效缩减。为了设计出轻薄的面板,单电感多输出直流-直流转换器的优点在于只有单一颗外部电感以及单一颗晶片的条件下,可以同是产生多组电压。而依照面板的应用,需求上需要较大的输出电流以及其电流范围,会使得现金文献所提出的单电感多输出直流-直流主换器在电压涟波,电流范围以及互稳压的表现不佳而不适用于面板之应用。而本论文分别针对控制器以及功率级做设计。在控制器设计方面,相对跳过能量控制以及电流模式技术,可以达到低互稳压以及低电压涟波均可符合面板的需求。此外在功率级设计方面,藉由功率电晶体的控制方式达到高转换效率的表现,已达到低耗能的效果。而相较于传统电源供应方式,本论文所提出的单电感多输出直流-直流转换器使用在面板印刷电路板可以大幅缩小面积以及成本。实验显示本单电感多输出直流-直流转换器在大输出电压范围下,其最高效率可达到90%。

The design of this paper was done for the controller and power stage. In the controller design, control and energy relative to skip the current-mode technology to achieve low inter modulation and low voltage ripple regulator can meet the needs of the panel. In addition, in the power stage design, with control of the power transistor to achieve high conversion efficiency performance, low power consumption has reached effect. And compared to traditional mode power supply, this paper proposed single-inductor multiple output DC - DC converters used in the panel printed circuit board area and cost can be greatly reduced. The experiments showed that single-inductor multiple-output DC - DC converter in the large output voltage range, maximum efficiency can reach 90%.
