摘要: 軟體在資訊科技中扮演非常重要的一環,而在當今軟體系統越大越複雜的同時,也意味著軟體開發團隊所面臨的挑戰越高。90年代後期,有一群實務界人士尋求一種有別於過去軟體開發的方法-敏捷式開發的精神與方法開始被倡導與運用。敏捷開發強調回饋機制、順應改變、以人為中心而非以流程為中心,希望透過這樣的做事方式,提高企業對市場的回應速度,滿足客戶的需求,藉以提升企業的競爭力。近年來軟體專案使用敏捷開發更是在全球掀起一股風潮,不管國內外都有許多組織開始導入敏捷開發,但由於組織文化及軟體產業環境的差異,國內敏捷開發真正被成功帶入企業的例子並不多見。 敏捷開發的基本精神原則上是廣被接納的,但到了實際導入時必定存在許多實務上的困難與挑戰。因此,本研究想探討當企業組織在導入敏捷開發的過程中,有哪些阻力或助力,並透過訪談彙整過去相關的實務經驗,試圖歸納出導入敏捷開發在實務上應注意的關鍵因素,以期能做為未來企業組織導入敏捷開發之參考。本研究的目的有 (1)探討與歸納敏捷開發的精神,(2)了解實作敏捷開發的方法論,(3)組織導入敏捷開發應注意的關鍵因素。 本研究彙整與研究主題相關的文獻與網路資料,並針對具敏捷開發實務經驗的軟體從業人員,透過深度訪談的方式試圖獲取敏捷開發寶貴的實務經驗。針對獲得的這些回饋,與過去相關研究的次集資料加以分析彙整,導出本研究的結論與建議。 本研究的結論有6大命題、13次命題、 6項建議。
Software plays a very important role in ICT, and today’s software applications became larger and complex, that also means the higher challenges faced by development teams. In the late 1990s, some practitioners attempt to find out a method for software development that different with the past. Agile development began to be advocated and used, it’s emphasize feedback mechanisms, conform to change, people-centric rather than process-centric. They hope this way can quick response to market and improve the competitiveness of enterprise. In recent years, the agile development is set off a wave in the world, whether domestic and international organizations began introducing agile development. However, due to differences in organizational culture and environment of the software industry, there are rare successful case in domestic that use agile development in real business. Basically, the principles of agile development has been widely accepted, but also have a lot of difficulties and challenges to implementation in enterprise. The purpose of this study are (1) to explore and summarize the spirit of agile development (2) to understand the agile development methodology (3) summarized the key factor of implement agile development in organization. This study review literatures and uses in-depth interview technique to collecting experiences of practitioners. According to these feedback to aggregated six propositions and recommendations: The results of this study are 6 major propositions, 13 sub propositions and 6 recommendations.
