dc.description.abstract | 摘要 本研究致力於研究低能隙及高平面性之共軛高分子材料,並將其應用於有機場效電晶體 (OFET)。本研究主要合成開發出新型予體材料:反式乙烯二雙噻吩并吡咯,參考自應用於小分子蒸鍍的有機薄膜電晶體材料反式乙烯二雙噻吩并噻吩之結構,設計出之新型單體,利用其雙鍵可以帶來的平面性以及單體上可以延伸的兩個烷基側鏈增加溶解度;之後與不同的受體單體合成為共軛高分子:PB(C12-DTP)V-DTDPP-C12C8、PB(C12-DTP)V-DTDPP-C12以及PB(C12-DTP)V-DTFBT-C8並應用於有機薄膜電晶體,其中PB(C12-DTP)V-DTDPP-C12C8在元件上表現的排列及平均度較佳使得其元件表現最佳,再利用離心旋轉塗佈(OCSC)的方式,使最高的電洞遷移率來到0.23 cm2s-1V-1。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Abstract This research is aimed to design and synthesize three new conjugated polymers which have the feature of high planarity and low bandgaps in order to be applied in the organic field-effect transistors (OFETs). The newly designed electron donor unit which contain bis(dithienopyrrole)ethene core unit is successfully synthesized.The bis(dithienopyrrole)ethane was coplymerized with dithieno-diketopyrrolopyrrole and ditheno-difluoro-benzo-thiadiazole to yield PB(C12-DTP)V-DTDPP-C12C8, PB(C12-DTP)V-DTDPP-C12 and PB(C12-DTP)V-DTFBT-C8. The obtained polymes were characterized by UV, CV spectra and DSC, TGA and X-ray diffraction measurements. Then OTFT was evaluated. The highest mobility of 0.234 cm2s-1V-1 was achieved from PB(C12-DTP)V-DTDPP-C12C8 devices by using the off-center spin-coatng method. | en_US |
