dc.description.abstract光纖光柵感測技術擁有不易受水氣及電磁波干擾、可在單一條光纖上做多點分布感測、可遠距離傳輸且低訊號衰減等優點,在某些需要遠距離傳輸、高電磁波干擾及高溫、潮溼等環境時,光纖光柵感測器具備較高之適用性。本研究探討可耐高溫並適用於製作光纖光柵感測器之接著劑,首先針對接著材質(不鏽鋼、玻璃光纖)選擇6款接著劑,做初步耐高溫測試後,測得聚醯亞胺(Polyimide,簡稱PI)較合適作為感測元件之接著劑。並接續根據不同環境需求做測試,結果雖然未達到目標300oC之高溫,但是相較於前人使用的接著劑而言能承受更高溫,舊的接著劑製成之感測元件只能耐140oC以下的高溫,聚醯亞胺接著劑製成之感測元件可耐150oC以上的高溫,並且在耐鹼、疲勞、鹽水與濕熱老化測試中表現優異。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractOptical fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensing technologies have many benefits such as the immune to moisture and electromagnetic interference (EMI), multiple sensors sharing only one optical fiber, and the capability of long distance data transmission with small energy loss. FBG sensors are durable in the surroundings where are subject to strong EMI, needed long distance transmission, high temperature and moist places. In this research, the adhesive which can resist high temperature and was suitable for making the laboratory FBG sensors was found. First, for bonding material (stainless and glass fiber), six different kinds of adhesives were chosen to do preliminary high temperature test. It was found that polyimide (PI) would be more suitable as the sensing element of the adhesive. And then according to different environmental requirements for testing, eventually, the results did not reach the target temperature 300oC. But compared with the old adhesive which predecessor used, the new adhesive can resist higher temperature. The old one can only resist hot temperature below 140oC, while the new adhesive can resist higher temperature above 150oC. Besides, the new one can even work well in alkaline solution resistance, fatigue, salt water and wet heat aging tests.en_US
