摘要: | 隨著社會逐漸高齡化及國人勞動人口眾多,很多職業災害或者交通意外,腳部受損或老化在所難免。一般而言患者在復健方面皆是需要有一穩定的環境,和昂貴的器具。長久以來醫療器具的相關費用,即在整個醫療過程中佔了不少比例,而且又極佔家裡的空間,更甚者直接將其廢棄造成資源上的浪費,使得一般大眾對於醫療器具有著又貴又佔空間不好的觀感。近年來隨著科技的進步,許多IC本身功能強大又輕薄化,再加上感測器精確度提高和體積縮小的方面進步,應運而生的穿戴式裝置,可說是在小小的物件體積上,實現了以往相同功能的體積龐大機器設備才能做到的事情,當然對於使用者來說,在其生活上有相當大的便利性,同時在價格和空間上不會有過度的負擔。
本論文將探討基於ZigBee無線感測網路(Wireless sensor network,WSN)與壓力感測器結合而成的穿戴式步伐分析系統,盼能提供讓有許多足部受損的使用者,有個簡易和經濟的步伐監測系統。可以在家就可利用自行架設專屬量測設備,進行相關復健活動並將測量數據傳送給醫生,即可依病患本身獨自狀況,做出其量身打造的醫療診方。並且病患不必負擔過重費用,也可藉由此套器具來達到長期照護及預防目的,讓病患和醫生在整個醫療過程當中達成雙贏的局面。 The most people are getting the advanced ages and there are a lot of workers in the community. Many Occupational hazards or strokes often damaged the foot to make someone disabled. For a long time, the medical devices has a heavy proportion in the medical expenses. And the devices also hold the space in the home and easily become a waste to idle. With technologies in progress, the IC become strong and thin. The sensors also have the high accuracy and small benefits. In the small volumes, the wearable devices have the same perfor- mances with the elder and bigger machines. The users spend the little money and get the great conveniences by using the small wearable devices. This paper will study the Zigbee Wireless sensor network(WSN)and force sensors to combine a wearable gait analysis device. I hope this simple wearable gait analysis system can help the patient to setup his own home measuring equipment. The doctor can make the prescription by the patient send the measured gait data in the home. The patient does not need a big cost and get a good medical treatment to reach a win-win situation in the long term care. |
