dc.description.abstract | 在全球化、自由化商業模式腳步加快,高度競爭的市場以及產品技術快速的發展演變之下,優秀企業都必須具備應付突如其來的任務挑戰的能力。但若以常規的管理方法常常是難以達成的,尤其特殊的專案任務往往是需要在非常態式的、跨部門單位的組織下,以快速及有效的處理一些有特殊目標、且在預算限制、有限人力以及執行時程壓力下完成任務,故如何組成專門團隊且成功執行專案管理,其居中任務分派以及人員協調將是專案是否成功的關鍵。 依據美國專案管理學會的定義,專案是指「一項暫時性的任務、配置,以開創某獨特性的產品或服務」。以專案管理運用之廣泛,相關的知識在今日的企業成長與進步的動力已經成為不可或缺的角色。以半導體廠為例,成功的專案管理更可成為提供企業推出新產品以快速獲取市場、擴大產品佔有率以及客戶滿意度的重要基石。 本研究在專案管理的應用下,以半導體新製程產品認證的角度,如何成功的令半導體晶圓廠以及下包商IC封裝廠因應開發時程得以快速的導入市場以獲取產品佔有率。其結果提供了一個合適的專案管理模式,對於往後的新產品開發及認證過程將可為一個借鏡,以建立企業長期的競爭優勢。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Globalization and liberalization to accelerate the pace of the business model, under evolution of a highly competitive market and the rapid development of technology products, excellent companies must have the ability to cope with the unexpected task of challenges. However, the conventional management system often could not be able to reach, especially such kind of special project mission are mostly not regular team, but based on a cross function organization to quickly and effectively deal with the specific goals by budget constraints, limited human resources and under schedule pressure to complete the tasks. Thus, how to form a task force team and successful implementation of project management, especially mission assignment and stuff coordination are the most key factors to the success of the project. Based on APMA (American Project Management Association), the definition of project is “A temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product, service or result”. Today, as the popularization as project management skills, the relevant knowledge becomes an indispensable role for company business growth and the progress in the market. Take Semiconductor industry as an example, the successful project management could be able to help company rapidly get in the business opportunities (time to market), expand product market share and earn customer satisfaction. In the practice of project management to apply on technology qualification of semiconductor advanced wafer node which was demonstrated to conduct wafer foundry and its IC assembly subcontractor to achieve the development schedule so that rapidly get into the business and expand the market share. As the study result, it is an example and also to be an applicable project management model while for future new project development and qualification to establish company long term business competitive advantages. | en_US |
