dc.description.abstractThis article reviews the decisions of Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit to understand the impact of the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent case law on the patentability issue. This article decodes those decisions and analyzes the results by quantitative research and qualitative research. In addition, by analyzing the characteristics of the claims at issue, this article provides practical suggestions for patent practitioners regarding the characteristics of claims that are relevant to the eligibility test.en_US
