dc.description.abstract隨著物聯網(IoT)時代來臨,促使許多產業面臨重大的轉變,而工業4.0一詞最早在2011年的漢諾威工業博覽會被提出。所謂工業4.0是將製造工廠進化為智慧工廠,其中需要大數據、雲端運算、智慧機器人、物聯網、智能系統,以及自動化系統等等的相互結合。隨著智慧工廠導入程度持續增加,對全世界的生產型態將產生根本性的影響,台灣製造業因應工業4.0之來襲也應提出合適的解決方案。 2010年起,台灣成為全球最大印刷電路板及周邊設備之供應國,而曝光設備處於印刷電路板設備非常重要的一環,為因應產業趨勢與轉變,本研究提出了印刷電路板曝光設備之工業4.0機聯網架構、服務APP 平台軟體架構,分析其可行性並提出執行計劃。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe bloom of Internet of Things(IoT) has caused a huge change for many industries. In January 2011, “Industry 4.0” was initiated as a future project of the German Federal Government at Hannover Messe. The term “Industry 4.0” includes Big Data, Cloud Computing, Smart Robot, IoT, Smart System and Automation to help traditional factory transform to a smart one. The concept of intelligent factory will have a fundamental impact on industries all over the world. In response to this issue, Taiwan should propose an appropriate solution. Since 2010, Taiwan has become the world's largest supplier of PCB industry, and since PCB Exposure Equipment has played an important role in PCB industry, in this study, we provide the blueprint of Industry 4.0 smart MES system and platform of CS smart APP innovation built in PCB exposure equipment.en_US
