摘要: | 本研究旨在瞭解女性企業領導人的領導特質,進一步從個案來探討女性企業領導人之領導特質。為達本研究之目的,本研究以六個女性企業領導人為研究對象,採用個案研究法來進行研究。在蒐集與整理相關資料後,本研究進行研究結果分析,本研究結果為1.六個個案皆有冒險特質,五個個案皆有學習成長及決斷力特質,四個個案皆有溝通及創新特質。2.個案最強二項特質分析結果發現,有四個個案的溝通(同理心)特質入榜,其中三個個案皆有的最強的特質決斷力(遠見)。本研究依據研究結果做成結論。本論文之主要研究結論為:1.在經營領導階層,女性領導特質共通性高且跨越性別藩籬;2.擅長溝通及剛柔並濟性格是現代企業領導人之所需;3成功女性領導人背後有個支持的伴侶及家庭。最後,我們依據結論做成對未來研究之建議。 This study tries to understand the leadership characteristics of women's business leaders and then further explore the leadership characteristics of women's business leaders from individual cases. Case studies of six female business leaders are then performed. The major findings of this study are as follows: 1. Six cases are with risky characteristics, five cases are with learning growth and determination of the characteristics, and four cases are with communication and innovative features. 2. The analysis of the two most important factors show that there are four cases with communication (empathy) characteristics while three cases are with the strongest determinism (vis ion) characteristics. The takeaways of this study are as follows: 1. With respect to the top management level, the leadership’s characteristics are pretty common and crossing the gender barriers. 2. Good communication and hardness and softness characteristics are the requirements for modern business leaders. 3. A successful female leader usually has a supportive companion and family. Finally, based on the conclusions, we provide some suggestions for future study |
