dc.description.abstract本研究提出一套新穎的光學波束網路,使用積體光電開關來建構實時延遲的網路系統,將再與其他元件如雷射、光檢測器及天線整合在一塊矽晶片上,組構成一防撞雷達系統。此積體光電開關具有低嵌入損耗、高反應速度、可擴展性、操作頻寬大及長期可靠性等優點,我們使用交叉網格光電開關系統來設計具備±60°掃描範圍、8度波束寬的商用短距電子雷達的規格,獲得其尺寸為30.1毫米x 8.6毫米,且整體開關反應時間為0.91微秒,成功顯現此積體光電電路系統在防撞雷射系統上的可行性。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis study presents a new optical beamforming system, which uses the integrated photonic switches with a grid-cross array to build a true-time delay networking system. With an integration of other optoelectronic components and microelectronic circuits, such as lasers, photodetectors and phased-array antennas, a collision avoidance radar system with a scanning range of ±60° and a beamwidth of 8° is implemented to realize a commercial short-range electronic radar. Because the integrated photonic switches have the properties of low insertion loss, high response speed, scalability, operation bandwidth and long-term reliability, this optical beamforming networking system has a size of 30.1 mm x 8.6 mm and the overall switching time of 0.91 µm. The simulation results show that this network system is feasible for the application of the collision avoidance radar systems.en_US
