dc.description.abstract製造代工在成本的考量下紛紛外移,造成現階段台灣製造業的發展,需要再另謀出路。”服務化”是製造業者有價值地增加服務活動的核心競爭力。有鑑於現階段服務化的政府計畫已經施行多年,而現行服務化發展關鍵成功因素的研究,殊少以產品、企業經營、產業與市場環境等構面來檢視服務化的整體發展。因此本研究以台灣智慧家電產業為研究對象,透過文獻分析法、專家訪談法、SIA、DEMETEL、ANP、VIKOR以及SIA-NRM分析等方法,彙整服務化的關鍵成功因素,並且找出關鍵成功因素的準則與其權重,分析現行準則的滿意/重要程度,瞭解關鍵成功因素指標現行不足之處,並提出相關的策略,以提供業者以及後續研究作為相關參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn order to take advantage of lower costs, offshore migration for manufacturing industry in Taiwan has been occurred. Manufacturing industries in Taiwan have to find a solution to overcome this challenge. ”Servitization” is core competitiveness and key factor for manufacturing industries. The Servitization of government policies for manufacturing industries has been implemented since 2003, but this policy is lack of full-fledged researches which are included aspects of product, business, industry, and market environment. Therefore, this study takes Taiwan's smart appliance industry as research objectives and uses literature analysis, expert interview, SIA, DEMETEL, ANP, VIKOR and SIA-NRM analysis to get the following processes: First, summarizing the key success factors of Servitization. Second, identifying these improved criteria. Third, making these suggestions for improvement strategies based on the result of relations among aspects. Fourth, figuring out these standard weights and the most appropriate strategies. This study can provide the key affected factors “Servitization” in Taiwan’s smart appliance industry, and a structure which determines appropriate improvement and development strategies for enterprises and follow up researches.en_US
