摘要: 本篇論文中,我們將奈米氧化銅帶成長於網版印刷電極,將網版印刷電極貼上鋁膠並浸入反應溶液中,在17O OC下反應20小時,奈米氧化銅帶即成長於網版印刷電極上。我們利用掃描式電子顯微鏡、穿透式電子顯微鏡以及X射線繞射做奈米氧化銅帶的相關鑑定,在掃描式電子顯微鏡和穿透式電子顯微鏡下,可觀測奈米銅帶寬大約40-60奈米,而長度大於2微米,在X射線繞射下對到氧化銅的(002)、(111)以及(202)面。藉由循環伏安法以及安培滴定法將奈米氧化銅去檢測聯胺,在長了奈米氧化銅帶的網版印刷電極上滴上2微升的奈菲薄膜,最後測得靈敏度為70.4微安培,最小偵測極限為0.05微莫爾濃度。
In this work, copper oxide nanobelts were grown on screen-printed electrodes (SPE). An SPE with a piece of Al tape previously pasted on was immersed in the solution. CuO nanobelts were grown on the electrode by galvanic displacement at 17 OC for 20 hours. The as-fabricated electrode was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The SEM and the TEM images showed that the width of the nanobelts were about 40 - 60 nm, with the lengths exceeding 2 μm. The XRD pattern indicated the reflections from CuO (002), (111), and (202) planes. We used a CuO-SPE to detect N2H4(aq) by using cyclic voltammetric (CV) and amperometric titration methods. We demonstrated that the CuO-SPE can work as an electrochemical sensor to detect hydrazine. This sensor showed a excellent sensitivity of 70.4 μA μM-1 cm-2 with dropping 2 μL nafion, and the detection limit is 0.05 μM
