摘要: Novel Multimode (LPF, BPF, and HPF) using microstrip filters Pole based Design concept have been simulated and Fabricated on FR4. Proposed lter involves a concept of a new Core Design based Pole LPF circuit using microstrip Lines. Minor Modi cations in LPFcircuit, allows it to perform like BPF and HPF. For BPF, a matching circuit / short-circuited stub is added at the output of LPF. For HPF, same LPF grounding all shunt stubs. ADS simulation tool has been used to simulate the proposed filter designs. Finally, I present a comparison of simulated results and measured results for S11 and S21 of proposed LPF, BPF, and HPF. The proposed microstrip filter results have been compared with fabricated letters on the FR4 substrate. The proposed multifunction filter can be used for on-chip RF transceivers. Here design and fabrication of optimized stepped impedance multifunction filter with compact size, low cost, high isolation and high selectivity is presented. The design procedure is simple and it can be easily and inexpensively fabricated using common printed circuit board technology. The lters reported in this paper can operate in any mode (LPF or BPF or HPF) using 6 switches.

The rest part of this project / thesis presents what type of transmission line is to be used to create a filter. The second part of this thesis investigates and proposes a multifunction microstrip filters using pole based concept on the FR4 substrate. The proposed filter concept involves the design of a new capacitive stub based LPF circuit using microstrip lines. With minor modifications LPF circuit performs like BPF and HPF. For BPF, a short-circuited / Matching circuit has added at the output of LPF. For HPF, LPF circuit is Used Same, Grounding All Shunt stubs. Finally, I resent comparison of simulated and measured results for S11 and S21 of proposed LPF, BPF, and HPF. The simulated results of the proposed microstrip filter have been compared with filters fabricated on FR4Substrate. Proposed Multifunction later can be Used for chipRF Transceivers. Here Optimized Design and fabrication of stepped Impedance Multifunction later HADcompactsize, low cost, and High Isolation High selectivity. The Design The procedure is Simple and it can be can be Easily Achieved using ADS.It fabricated using common Printed circuit board Technology. The letters Reported in this Paper can Operate in any mode (HPF or LPF or BPF) using 6 Switches.
