整合建築資訊模型於校園財產資料庫管理系統

Abstract

隨著科技日新月異，建築物也愈趨複雜化，設備相關資訊的保存已作為財產設備管理的一個新趨勢，由於設備的多樣性，有效地執行設備財產管理具有一定的複雜性。現今國小財產設備作業仍依賴表單與簡單電子紀錄，常會發生紀錄上的缺漏、表單遺失及毀損等問題，且無直覺性之3D視覺化，難以全面地管理各項設備。近年來建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling，BIM)已經逐漸被廣泛使用。BIM強調工程生命週期資訊收集與永續性運用、3D視覺化的呈現與跨專業跨階段的協同作業等，得以跨專業整合與溝通界面管理。故本研究將利用BIM來輔助學校財產設備管理，使用ACCESS建立財產設備資料庫，撰寫程式進行管理，並將國小業務內容整合至本系統內。將資料庫中財產設備資訊與Revit產生連結，使得資料庫與BIM中的模型資訊能夠取得一致性，方便管理人員能具有資料庫管理與3D視覺化的功能。

With the progress of economic development and technology, the building also more tends the complication, the conservancy of equipment related information has already been a new trend of property equipment management. Because of diverse sex of equipment availably carry out the equipment property management to have the certain complexity. The elementary school property equipment manages to still depend on form and list and simple electronics record at present, and no intuitive visualization of 3D,it’s difficult to comprehensive management of equipment..BIM has gradually been widely used in recent years. BIM emphasizes on project information assembled, 3D visualization presentation and interdisciplinary collaboration, Make to across the professional integration and communication interface management.This research will use BIM to assist managed school property and equipment. Use Access to build database which is about property and equipment. Write C# programs to manage database and integrate the business content into this system. The property equipment in the database information and Revit creation link, make database and model information in BIM able to obtain the consistency. Facilitate manager have function of database management and 3D visualization.
